1. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge you have received, read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and the documentation available on the Pocket Trader website https://www.pocket-trader.com (“Agreement”).

2. Defined terms have the same meaning as the Agreement unless otherwise specified in these terms & conditions.

3. The promoter, Pocket Trader (Seychelles) Limited, Office 12, IMAX Complex, Ile Du Port, Mahe, Seychelles, is incorporated in Seychelles, company number 8433642-1 and registered by the Financial Services Authority Seychelles (“Promoter”). 4. To be eligible for the Promotion, you must sign up for a live account with the Promoter & deposit at least $25 USD by 31 May 2024 23:59:59 (GMT+8).

5. If you are one of the first two hundred (200) people to have a live account and deposit at least $25 USD to $100 USD (“Successful User”), then 50% of the amount you deposited (up to $50 USD) (“Welcome Bonus”) will be added to your live account within the next few days. For example, if the Successful User had deposited $100 USD, they would receive $50 USD in their account. However, even if $120 USD is deposited, the Successful User can only receive $50 USD maximum as Welcome Bonus.

6. Within the 30 days after receiving the Welcome Bonus, you may withdraw the following at any time: -:
a. Any amount deposited or the remainder of the amount deposited by you;
b. Any profits made from trades from the amount deposited by you; and
c. Any profits made from trades from the Welcome Bonus.

7. The Welcome Bonus, or the remainder of the Welcome Bonus after trading, can only be withdrawn after you have opened and closed 5 trades (the “Offers”) and 30 days after receiving the Welcome Bonus.

8. Applicable fees will apply when withdrawing any funds from your live account.

9. The Welcome Bonus rewarded from this Promotion is for trading purposes only and cannot be transferred to another person, another person’s trading account, or exchanged for other goods and services.

10. You agree, understand and acknowledge that accepting the Offers and participating in this Promotion is not an intentional inducement to acquire, dispose of or continue to hold any of the Promoter’s products.

11. You agree, understand and acknowledge that accepting the Offers and participating in this Promotion is not a recommendation or advice in relation to the suitability of the Promoter’s products for your particular financial circumstances, situation or needs. Before accepting the Offers and participating in the Promotion, you should make your own assessment about the suitability of trading in the Promoter’s products and conduct research necessary on the Promoter’s products and any other information that may be relevant to your situation.

12. The Promotion is not applicable to the Promoter’s staff or their relatives, spouses or partners.

13. This Promotion is limited to one live account per person, even if they hold multiple accounts.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion without notice at any time in the future.

15. This Promotion is not available to residents of the United States of America and any country that does not allow for the trading of contracts for difference or the receipt of monetary rewards or trade credit. You are responsible for ensuring you are in compliance with the laws of the country of your residence and agree that you will not hold the Promoter and/or any of its directors, staff, agents etc. liable for any losses or liability you may suffer for breaching any local laws as a result of joining this Promotion. If applicable, all investment gains and losses, taxes, fees or other expenses related to the use, acceptance and possession of any reward are your sole responsibility.

16. In the event of any uncertainty or conflict related to this Promotion, the Promoter has absolute discretion to make any decisions it may deem fit or necessary.

17. If the Promoter suspects that you have abused or attempted to abuse this Promotion, or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to deny, withhold or withdraw the $50 USD and if necessary, to cancel any terms and conditions with respect to this Promotion and your account, either temporarily or permanently or to terminate your access to the service and/or block your account.

18. If the Promoter discovers that you are, in fact, not eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Promoter may at its discretion suspend and/or close your account. No individual shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Promoter should any loss occur due to positions being closed by the Promoter, or should deposit be forfeited or reclaimed.

19. The Promoter shall not be liable to any Successful Users or any other persons for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Offers or Promotion, including without limitation, any error in computing or any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment.

20. To the fullest extent possible by law, you, and on behalf of your respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), agree to release, defend and hold harmless the Promoter and its directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries or any company or individual involved with the development or execution of the Promotion, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, dues, agreements, promises, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from the Releasing Parties’ participation, acceptance and use or misuse of a reward.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, change or terminate this Promotion at any time without any prior notice to you and without your consent.

22. These terms & conditions, the Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or in connection with the Promotion, the Platform and any transactions entered into via the Platform, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
